Lightsolutions visited Tridonic yesterday at its manufacturing plant at Spennymoor in the UK where its centre of excellence for Emergency Lighting is located.
30 R&D engineers are developing emergency products for the Group from concept stage to manufacture. All products go through rigorous 100% testing regimes from continuous switching to testing in high ambient environments which replicate on site conditions. The testing equipment includes x-ray machines, EMC test chambers and environmental test rooms.
